Ryan F. Bowe

Born and raised in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, and now residing in Hershey with his wife and two children, Ryan graduated from Pennsylvania State University in 2010 with a bachelor’s degree in political science and a minor in accounting. His professional journey includes government relations with the Philadelphia Water Department and the PA AFL-CIO and over a decade with AFSCME Council 13, where he ascended from Organizer to Staff Representative, to Assistant Director, and ultimately to Director of Member Services and Workforce Development. Ryan has gained extensive experience in labor relations and policy advocacy, demonstrating a profound commitment to labor rights and education.
